Common questions
What happens if my payment fails?
We pause lead delivery and show a billing notice on your dashboard until the subscription is active again. Nothing is lost — your service area and settings stay exactly as they were.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Manage billing from your dashboard to upgrade, downgrade or cancel. Changes take effect right away.
Are leads exclusive?
Each homeowner request is routed to one company in your category and area, with Premium members served first.
Is there a contract?
No. Plans are month to month and you can cancel whenever you like.
