Home Cost Scout is the public-facing brand, and Heath Family Enterprises LLC is the legal operating entity responsible for this service. References to “Home Cost Scout,” “we,” “us,” or “our” in these terms mean Heath Family Enterprises LLC operating the Home Cost Scout service.

Home Cost Scout provides informational project cost estimates and contractor matching services. We do not perform home improvement services directly, and we are not a contractor, construction company, HVAC company, plumber, electrician, landscaper, or roofing company.

Cost estimates are estimates only. They are not quotes, bids, guarantees, or promises of final pricing. Actual project pricing may vary based on contractor pricing, project scope, site conditions, materials, permit requirements, equipment availability, timing, and market conditions.

Home Cost Scout does not guarantee any displayed price range or the final price a contractor may offer.

Contractors matched through Home Cost Scout are independent businesses. Home Cost Scout does not employ, supervise, direct, control, or guarantee contractor partners or their work.

Homeowners are responsible for evaluating contractors, checking licenses and insurance, reviewing quotes and contracts, and deciding whether to hire any contractor.

We may provide information about contractors and route requests to contractor partners, but we do not guarantee contractor availability, responsiveness, workmanship, credentials, pricing, insurance, licensing, permits, safety practices, project timelines, or results.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Home Cost Scout is not liable for damages arising from your use of the website, reliance on estimates, communications with contractor partners, contractor acts or omissions, project delays, workmanship, pricing disputes, or services performed by third parties.

You agree to submit accurate information, use the website lawfully, and avoid spam, automated abuse, false lead submissions, or attempts to interfere with security controls.
